I am attempting to upgrade my system and when i overwrite the files it acts as though there is no upgrade available and shows "Nothing to do! System already upgraded to v1.9.3 with no pending patches to apply." when I just uploaded all the files for version 1.9.14... Any ideas? I know I've upgraded a few times over the years so i'm not sure if one of the earlier upgrades I performed did not complete properly?? Not sure just an idea...
